what does the star thingy mean???
Everytime you buy a nintendo product in the UK you get a leaflet with a
scratch off panel and a line of numbers. If you take this and enter them on
the site (registering your game/console) you get awarded star points.
Collect enough and you can get stuff, usually for free barring the DS deal,
so long as you have the right amount of stars. Games tend to be worth 250
stars a time, consoles about 1000.

Have they actually ever given anything useful away though? It just appears
to be wallpapers, screensavers and the occasional players guide. I mean
whoopee fucking doo.

No god is a philosopher or seeker of wisdom, for he is wise already. Neither
do the ignorant seek after wisdom. For herein lies the evil of ignorance;
that he who is neither good nor wise is nevertheless satisfied with himself.

The GB Players were alright. A bit expensive though.

Best I had was a History of Nintendo CD, havent seen anything for about a
year worth spending more points on though. Just a matter of waiting,
checking every day and hoping for something good,
